Cold-formed steel comes in a wide variety of shapes, categorized by cross-sectional shape, including open, semi-closed, and closed. Key products include cold-formed channels, angles, Z-sections, cold-formed corrugated steel plates, square and rectangular tubes, welded special-shaped steel pipes, and rolling shutters. This article specifically introduces online cutting equipment for closed cold-formed steel sections, using cold-cut flying saws. Cold-cut flying saws for welded pipes are also suitable for use in cold-formed production lines. Closed profiles suitable for online production can be welded or extruded, as long as they are relatively closed.
Cold-cut flying saws enable continuous, burr-free cutting without stopping, eliminating sparks and burrs. They also produce smooth, vertically precise pipe ends and can be customized to meet most requirements. Currently, closed-end profiles suitable for cold-cut flying saws include photovoltaic bracket assembly steel frames. We welcome all major photovoltaic bracket cold-formed production line manufacturers to discuss partnerships. We also welcome existing cold-formed production lines seeking to upgrade their sawing equipment.
