Since its introduction in 2008, Conte's cold-cut flying saw equipment has been used in a variety of industries. Since 2016, Conte's cold-cut flying saw has been increasingly used in the photovoltaic support industry, especially for cutting the column support part of photovoltaic supports.
In 2016, Conte engineers designed and produced the CTCS165 cold-cut flying saw, based on customer requirements from the United States. The machine has now been successfully put into production in the US. It is primarily used to produce octagonal steel pipes with diameters greater than 100mm.
In 2017, a photovoltaic bracket manufacturer in Hubei Province purchased the same equipment. Based on customer requirements, Conte engineers developed and produced a cold-cut flying saw capable of performing in-line hole-cutting. In 2020, a major photovoltaic bracket manufacturer in Jiangsu Province purchased a Conte dual-blade cold-cut flying saw, primarily for the production of 200mm square pipes. Conte's cold-cut flying saw, with its burr-free design and high speed, has been successfully put into production at numerous photovoltaic bracket manufacturers worldwide.
